Blank blue screen

As the title says. I've been getting a blank blue screen after the Windows loading screen. I'm running win10 home (oem key) on a prebuilt MSI vortex g65 computer. Safe mode does not work. Trying to reinstall Windows fails ( after finishing installing all the files, right after the system restarts itself, it just goes into a black screen) i also need to note that i do not have any system restore points.

If I were you, I would have tried the SFC /SCANNOW Command and let it detect and automatically fix the issues that the Windows' system files may have due to which the issue occurred.
