Solution
in the bios check under priamny display it set to peg/pci. not ipgpu (onboard video). on the advance asus bios make sure both legacy and efi bios is on. under boot set windows 10 boot/ssd as first boot. under hard drives boot order set the ssd as boot #1.

Solution

Did you install windows, while SSD and HDD was connected?
What happens in this situation, bootloader is probably installed on HDD. That's why it's recommended to have only OS drive connected, while installing windows.
Change boot priorities back to whatever they were before.

If you want to boot from SSD, you'll have to create bootloader partition on SSD manually (or you can just reinstall windows with only SSD connected).
