i have a blank micro sd card 4 gb can not be format

try moving the write protect switch to the other position. if that doesnt work then buy a new card.

Updated answer cause Toms update function don't work worth crap...

if that doesnt work make sure the SD type is compatible with your reader. SD comes in SD , SDHC, & SDXC. Then If that doesnt work then buy a new card.
