[SOLVED] Blank Screen after installing 200GE Vega 3 graphics Drivers

Hello all,

The PC/Windows is stable and works normally. Then, when I install the 200GE Vega 3 graphics drivers and reboot, the PC displays the motherboard splash logo then the screen goes blank/black.

I can hear Windows "working" through the speakers i.e. USB/removable media chime when you plug-in/remove a USB device.

I can get into the BIOS but as soon as soon Windows loads the screen goes blank.
Safe Mode works and I can uninstall the drivers. Windows works perfectly without the drivers after uninstalling.

Haven't used AMD in a long time. I'm building a small office PC for my wife.

Parts List:
AMD Athlon 200GE
MSI B450M PRO-VDH
16GB (2x8GB) Samsung DDR4-2666MHz
Windows 10 64-bit Pro

Drivers: Manually searching AMD Drivers site -
Processors with Graphics > AMD Athlon Processors > AMD Athlon Desktop Processors with Radeon Vega Graphics > AMD Athlon 200GE

Have you tried installing the driver on MSI's website:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450M-PRO-VDH#down-driver&Win10%2064

Shouldn't be necessary and what you're installing *should* work.... but clearly doesn't.

Yes, the graphics drivers included in the MSI chipset drivers do the same thing.

Everything worked after BIOS update. The motherboard manufacturers are lying when they say "Ryzen 2000 ready."
