Blank Screen at Boot-Up--> Graphics Card Problem?

I recently replaced my AMD build with a new Intel 2500K, and a Z68 motherboard. (I kept all the other components the same, Hard Drive, Video Card, PSU, Graphics Card, DVD Drive) After I finished installing the components, I tried booting up. I got the single BIOS beep, but then nothing shows up on my screen. It is just black, and does not even show a no connectivity error. I have re-seated my graphics card, and checked my monitor - it works on my crappy computers.

Okay,
So I figured out that the problem is (I think) my graphics card. When I replaced it with an old crappy card, my system worked fine. But then when I tried to put my newer graphics card in again, my monitor only displayed a "DVI No Signal" messsage. Could this be some sort of rare incompatibility or something? I am sure that graphics card works, as it was working fine with my old AMD build.
