I built a pc with a Gigabyte GA-H110M-A, and when I boot it, it shows a black screen (not a no signal screen) and I cannot access the bios, but all fans spin. I couldn't install an operating system onto it because I cannot access bios.
Hello... a New Intel build will default the graphics from the CPU/GPU/igfx and the MB Video Outputs on first boot and until a BIO's setting is changed for an Exterior GPU use.
1) remove any Video card and connect to the MB and set your monitor for the cable/input used on it... for the next BOOt.

Hello... it is typically under "peripherals" in the BIO's "Int display" and internal graphic settings "IGFX, PCIe slot1, slot 2, slot 3, PEG or both"... (save&exit) this has to be done using the CPU/GPU/IGFX and MB output/connection display first.
