Blank screen when running dual 2x4 gb Gskill RipJawsX ram

Dear all

When I install both my Gskill RipJawsX DDR3-1866 ram, my screen goes blank when booting up. The ram works seperately, but not at the same time.

The motherboard is a Asrock z68-ht/itx

Is it the ram or the motherboard?

Two blocks of 4 gb., but my computer won't start up with them both in. It doesn't beep or anything, it just blank screen

iv had this before and the problem with me was my motherboard cpu pins were bent

I suspect its the Motherboard too. Can you straighten out the pins?

I'm not sure about the Bios, I do think I have updated it.

I have a Intel 2500K

Double check everything to make sure it is straight and proper. If problem persists, you may want to have the motherboard replaced.
