blank screen

I can get audio after bootup but only a blank screen on my
monitor. Same thing when I request Safe Mode or ANY other
options given to me at bootup. Any way to resolve this? I
am no pro at fixing my computer.

Hello there,

During the boot do you see any text on the screen of any sort? Some monitors
have a display screen where you can adjust the monitor itself. Does your
monitor have that feature and does it work?

If the answer is Yes to any of the above, can you call up the Safe Mode menus
by quickly pressing the F8 key during the boot sequence. If you can reach that
screen select "Restore VGA Mode" and then reboot.
