blanking plates!!!!!

hi, i seem unable to remove any of the unused slot's blanking plates from the rear of my pc - they seem to not be attached by screws - i have bent one end andthats has come off but the other end seems to be attached by something i can't see.

the direction off plate movement is outwards in and i am trying to remove it to install a network pci card.

I would think just bending it back and forth would detach it. Be careful you don't scrape the MB.
