Question Blazing-Fast 10GBASE-T Connectivity

Hi I was wondering if you could check this product out and kind of tell me a brief description of what it will do for me if I get it. I couldn't understand necessaraly what they were saying about it on there website

My Motherboard is a gigbayte z370 gaming t board and it has a slot for the xpansion card that I need to use the adapter the adapter in the link I just sent you.

Have you got any other 10Gbit infrastructure? Hubs, Cables, other devices? If not then there no point.

That is a expensive way to get 10g port. Internal pcie cards are cheaper.

Still I suspect because you do not know WHY you need this device you do not need it. Your current PC has gigabit ports and although gigabit internet is getting more common it is not something most people have.

So your current equipment can already run as fast as any internet connection....unless there are ISP offering 10g internet connections.

Pretty much if you had some application in your house that needed 10g you would know all about this stuff. The network is only a small part of the equation, you have to worry about things like disk speeds and file structures. It takes careful design to be able to really use 10g.
