Bleeding screen

Ever since I updated my catalyst (AMD) to the most recent version, I've experienced some screen bleeding. Here is an example of how it looks in WLMM ( http://i42.tinypic.com/o5cg2d.png ) I've also been having issues in games, where the text seems blurry and weird along with some UI and Menus doing the same thing. However, the game looks just fine and plays well. (Using a Radeon 6770 1GB DDR5)

I've tried running Sony Vegas demo, reinstalling WLMM, downgrading the catalyst, restarting the computer, but still no luck. Anyone know what's going on?

Found out the issue. The catalyst turned my presets (Everything on high) to the lowest possible setting. Enabling open GL triple buffering seemed to work just fine.
