Start with a fresh download and reinstall.

If the crashes continue look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings that correspond with the crashes.
I did a fresh reinstall for a zip file but the moment I start it up the screen goes Grey for a sec then it closes by itself

Actually, your system does not meet the minimum specs: https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/

Note the "Less than 10 years old" listed under the "Minimum Requirements". The Q6600 does not meet that requirement. The current Blender release likely does not support such an old processor. In addition the minimum specs call out for a video card with 1GB onboard RAM. Your card does not meet that spec either. In short, you can't run Blender on that system.
