Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.file_system (More info?)

On startup I get a message "unable to find blindman.exe
This file is needed to run disabled startup programmes"
I have tried searching the MS Knowledge base but cannot
find anything about it. Nor is it on my Win2K installation
disc. Any ideas?
