Blinking power button Msi motherboard,system doesn't boot

Hello,
It's been a day now.It has never happened before to me,i turned on my pc yesterday morning,and i suddenly heard a loud pop,then the system turned off booting,then i could see the power button on my MSI z170A m7 blinking.Everytime when i try to turn on my pc,i could just see the power button blinking,What could have been the problem?

What is the pattern of the flashing? It may indicate a POST error, which you should be able to diagnose with the motherboard manual and the pattern of flashing.

it keeps flashing ,there is no specific pattern.what should i be replacing with? does this indicate a psu problem or motherboard problem?

a loud pop most time is a cap failure in your power supply.
