Question Blinking underscore on boot (HELP)

An hour ago when I restarted my PC, after the Asus Boot Screen I got a blinking white underscore in the top left corner of my screen and I cannot do anything. I’ve tried restarting my PC many times, and have pulled out and replugged the cords for both my hard drive and ssd. I’ve found that I can access the BIOS pressing F2 at the boot screen, but if I try and boot from there I just still get the blinking underscore. Any help appreciated

The blinking underscore means you need to install an operating system. If you have an operating system installed, then it wasn't found.
