BLINKING WHITE LIGHT NEAR AC PLUG ON COMPUTER.. computer won't charge nor come on.

Whne I plug up computer, the white light flashes 6 times, pause and keeps blinking the same pattern. I can't turn it on because it is not charging. What can I do

HP, by any chance?
