[SOLVED] Blinking white line during boot ?

Hi, I just got my computer fixed and it was working fine until I got it home. After plugging it in and connecting it via hdmi the screen goes black, then a white underscore blinks rapidly for a few seconds, goes black again and the underscore comes back blinking slowly infinitely.
I've tried pressing every recommended key and nothing happens, a mouse appears on the screen but I can only move it once before it freezes and stops moving.

Any help would be great.

Could you elaborate on your definition of I just got my computer fixed ? Was your OS reinstalled or perhaps repaired? If you're able to take the side panel off of your system, while it's powered down and disconnected from the wall, can you check and recheck to see that your storage drives are hooked up correctly in your platform? If your system has SATA drives alone, might want to check and see if their power and data plugs are securely latched into place. Sometimes during transit things can come loose.

As for your system, can you include the specs to the build? If the system was experiencing issues prior to this post, please state them as well. Might help save you further trips to the shop.
