Blitz or Formula?

I was wondering whether I should get the Asus Blitz Formula or Maximus Formula? I have seen that the Blitz is unavalible but should I wait for them to restock or just get the Maximus Formula? I will air cool and OC. Also, I can get a maximus formula for $290 so is there any price difference anyway?

If you cant find BLITZ FORMULA , then go with MAXIMUS FORMULA, here is a review of it too :

Difference between BLITZ FORMULA and MAXIMUS FORMULA:

1_BLITZ is a P35 board, but MAXIMUS is a X38 board

2_BLITZ supports PCI-E 2.0 but not @ full bandwidth,but MAXIMUS supports PCI-E 2.0 @ full bandwidth(however the difference isnt much, at least for now)

3_BLITZ supports CrossFire @ dual 8x mode ,but MAXIMUS supports CrossFire @ dual 16x mode(again the difference between 8x and 16x isnt much)
