If the supply isn't limited, why are there only 2000? Also, friend, not freind. Delete this if you want, I have no idea how to e-mail you, good sir.

I've played the Beta, it was 2 hours of boredom and finger pain. Click spamming in a post Skyrim and World of Warcraft game industry is pathetic.

Kevin Parrish , dude u stoned?
Fail 1 : Blizzard is giving away 2,000 beta keys for Diablo II on Facebook until December 12.
Fail 2 : "Starting October 17, we’ll be randomly selecting 200 winners
Fail 3 : your name Kevin Parrish

What's with the wacky regional restrictions Blizzard? Newfoundland & Labrador are allowed, Austria is allowed, but not Australia or (where I live) New Zealand? This is shaping up to be an epic fail.
I remember Master Of Orion 3 being a terribad game after the awesomeness that was M.O.O 1 & 2. I think D3 ain't looking promising.

[citation][nom]GoldenI[/nom]Diablo 3? More like Diablo 2.5! Looks like a bad game.[/citation]
If diablo 2 was game of the years and lots of people still playing, i doubt that new content will get the game worst.

Newfoundland and Labrador are provinces in Canada. The rest of the places you listed are countries. I'm not sure why you specified specific provinces because I'm fairly sure there would not be restrictions to particular provinces in a country for the beta.

I'm from Newfoundland and I do find it weird that Erelyes specifically referenced the province. We're always included in this kind of stuff. If anything Quebec is the province that might miss out on special betas and offers.

I hate the people who complain when a news article is posted 2 days after the event, but you have to draw the line somewhere. This happened a month ago.

Seriously, this has been going on for over a month and your just now writing an article about it?

You can logon to the battle.net website, and somewhere in the screens where you select your available games there's an area where you can opt in for any related betas that come out. You have to download and run an application that sends Blizzard your system specifications, so presumably they select customers with particular system specifications they're looking to have tested for the beta of any given game.

Besides that, some games they also give out keys to give to your friends, such as with Starcraft 2 when a friend gave me a beta key.

Blizzard said it's because some governments don't like free contests. It's not blizzard, it's just illegal for blizzard to give beta keys in the form of a drawing. You can still get invited by signing up on blizzards website. no links since i'm at work

No one I know has gotten a key and they're already half way through the set. I actually might prefer not getting a beta key so the real thing is just that much more awesome.

Yep all that advertising shows they lack faith in their mediocre made game. The begining of Blizzard's downfall! Its funny how Advertising do somehow instill that mentality into stupid masses that its THE BEST THING EVER just because its on tv and facebook!! OMGGG *GGGGARRRBBBLLEEE*

Why Is Quebec since Year 2010 is the Forbidden Province ? I wonder there not a single Sweeptake i could Register since that year all and everyone of them seem to say sorry Quebec is under Socialist Law Who Forbid you of joining the sweepstake in the disclosure 🙁 some place in usa are also curse with the effect
