bloated folders,and my documents

I have a problem that until recently just occured when i was restoring a backup with nero 7 backup program. The pics,videos, emultor, and my documents, while restoring my drive would fill up. However, today it just happened for no reason, i noticed that my videos folder for my tv tuner was 13.34 GB, the was 2 battlestar galactica episodes and 2 macross episodes which before today tolteld 1.5 GB(saved in mpeg1), each file was like 3.05 GB each. Anyone eve had this happen or know why its happening.

I'd guess that your encoder/bitrate settings some how got f'ed-up during the restore process. Did it seem to take longer than usual?
