[SOLVED] Block safe mode in windows 10 for administrator account

I have installed Kaspersky Safekids in windows 10 and my son stop that service using Safe mode.
So Now, I want to block that safe mode and My son required administrator password so I can't set him as Normal User.

I have tried to rename Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Network & Minimal but I get access denied after changing ownership to Administrators

Set up password for Administrator account.
Your son will not be able to log into Administrator account without a password.
And you can't block him from doing anything, if he has access to Administrator account.
