[SOLVED] Block Windows Update after Ver 1809

How do i block Windows Update on Windows 10 Version 1809 from downloading without me knowing. Force Updates into my computer no matter what. It will overwrite any permission you set to prevent Windows Update (Services, Security Permission and Regedit). Possibly breaking my computer

Already installed Ver 1809...just asking how do i block their updates onward.

Anything method is use on Windows to prevent windows update....Windows will just overwrite it. (Security Permission or not)
