Blocked group policy

Blocked by group policy. Contact system administrator. I am unable to even perform windows update with this stupid thing popping up! I am the only user/admin on my laptop but am unable to even logon as administrator! Please help!

If you are the only user/admin then why is there group policy set on the laptop with a password you can not access?

We cannot and will not fix this from here.

If this is a company PC, contact your system administrator
If it is a use PC that you bought, contact who you bought it from.

Opening new threads on this will not change the situation any.
