Question Blocked website won't open even with VPN

i think but im not sure that my ISP is blocking website in my country lets refer to it by letter (A) ,
when i went to the native country (B) which the website is hosting it working fine , i tried bunch whole of VPN and locations converting domain to ip then using it nothing of that works,

i asked for a friends help he is in in-other country (C) and it working fine.


so what is exactly the problem ? and how can i fix it ,

The problem is either country A or country B (if not both) does not want you to access that content.

You don't. Tom's Hardware forum policy strictly prohibits any attempts at bypassing security protocols for ANY reason.
