Blocked websites problems

I run Windows 7. Talktalk is my broadband provider and I have their supersafe security boost run by F-Secure. I haven't been able to get on to any purchasing or auction sites, talktalk message states its blocked. I don't know how to correct this. Can you help please?

I would start by disabling (or uninstall if necessary) the Supersafe program to confirm that it is what is blocking you and then go from there.
