Blocking all but intrnet access

I want to block all internet activity except www access.

I have tried denying everything except:

Local: All IPS/All ports
Remote: All IPS/Port 80

This doesnt work... web access doesnt work at all.

My router is D-Link DI-604 if this helps. Any suggestions?

Maybe because you aren't allowing UDP 53 for DNS resolution.
