Good afternoon,

I have the following problem on my PC, it happens more and more frequently, at least twice a day, the PC simply blocks, it does not give any error message, there is no information in the event viewer, it simply blocks, mouse and keyboard stop responding, it only works again after pressing the reset button.
I have checked the temperatures on the HWmonitor and are normal, values on the desktop.

Board between 27 and 40º
CPU between 8 and 20º
Graph to 40º

I suspect it might be from the power supply, but I would like other opinions before buying a new one.
I've also done a system reinstallation, I can be hours to play and nothing happens, I can start playing another game and it blocks after 2 minutes.
Also it happens to be playing and everything is good, left the game, open the browser and block, it is really very strange and I am trying to find a pattern or error message, but neither does it appear: | Razer (blackwidow) and when this happens, the keyboard light remains on, but does not respond to any commands, windows key or CTRL + alt + del, the Logitech mouse light is always on and the mouse does not move.

Board - ASRock 990FX Killer
CPU - AMD FX8350
Graphics - MSI geforce GTX970
PSU - corsair cx600m
Windows 10 Pro

Thank you

Did you run your computer in Safe Mode? If so, did the error occur when loaded into safe mode? I would boot into safe mode again and use the computer as normal to see if the error occurs. Have you ever overclocked your CPU? I would reset your CMOS settings and then reboot the computer.
most times happens in desktop when browsing, at least gaming only happen one or two times, can happen in the morning after i connect the computer, most times is in the evening, my main problem is that i dont find a pattern for this issue, nothing on event viewer, no blue screen, simply blocks and need to press the reset button

boot in safe mode and did bios update, run good for two days, today blocked again and no error message.

graphic card fans keep on working, keyboard light and logitech mouse lights are on and can change them, but the image on the desktop are frozen, also doesn't respond to windows key or CTLR+alt+del.
