how to block internet connection to a particular software?

you mean, that 'outbound' way? if so, i'd like to tell u that, i'v already done that but its not working.
my pc config: win 7, target s/w: adobe cs5 master collection..

please tell me an efficient way.

rahul1 dude you can use Avast! firewall. Configure the application rules and You can bound any OUTGOING as well as incoming request.

well I didnt tried adobe firewall, but i'v tried comodo firewall. that was a good one. buddy, have you used comodo? can you compare comodo and avast firewall??
