Question Blocking specific Windows Edge popups...

Recently, I've been getting super annoying popups from Themes-For-Edge.com, which opens up a some random site when I close the popup. Other popups from edge I actually find useful. Is there a way to completely remove themes-for-edge popups?

This is not from 'Edge'. It is from site that wants to sell you something.
A PUP (Potentially Unwanted Popup). Some cookie or other on your system is triggering this.
