Blocky and pixelated videos

I have a problem where dark scenes in videoclips seem to be pixelated. I have 1080p quality videoclips, but each one looks as bad as the other. I have tried with several media players but it doesn't help. My drivers are up to date. Problem is worse, when I press pause, then continue watching. For few seconds the videoclip becomes a real mess.
I can upload pictures if anyone wants to help me.

My specs are
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
INTEL DP67DE
8 GB RAM
GTX 980
1000 tb HDD, 250 gb SSD
Acer Predator XB271H A

I have K-lite codec pack and VLC player has its own codecs.

Bump, can someone help me out? Also the boot screen, where it reads manufacturer brands is heavily pixelated. Also images seem to be pixelated. Videos also are dragging when the camera moves.
