Bloodmoon question

I am getting ready to take the boat to Solstheim. I believe the boat goes
to Fort Frostmoth, a Legion depot. I am already top-ranked in the Imperial
Legion. I am assuming the main Bloodmoon quest is faction-independent, but
will there be miscellaneous Legion quests that I cannot take because I am
too high-ranked?

You are never so high ranked that they'll stop asking you to do
demeaning, petty jobs, rest assured.

LOL. And I don't think there are any Imperial Legion quests - there are
quests associated with the fort, but you don't have to belong to the Legion.
And there will be a new faction to join, too.
