I am stuck with this quest.
I have asked all around Skaal village, I have looked for the furs in
every container, I have searched all over the countryside for someone
who knew the truth about the matter. Nothing seems to work. Whenever I
try to report my findings I am sent back to ask around for more
information on the matter.

Now, my theory is that Risi Ice-Mane has slept with Rigmor during one
of her husband´s hunting trips. And fallen in love with her. Now he
wants her for himself and has come up with a plot to get rid of her
husband. I am pretty sure about this. Only, I have no way to prove it.
Where did he hide the bleeding furs?

Anybody knows?

You don't have to look for the furs - you have to look for a proof...

Try asking Risi and have a closer look in her house. You're searching
for a hidden notice.

Afaik your theory isn't right, but not far from the truth... 😉
Oh and - for best results - choose the wolves...

Thanks for the help, Wolfgang. After the solution has been revealed
everything looks so easy. Nobody would believe I spent 4 days looking
for it...

But my theory was as good as right: they had had an affair...
