Blower Fan or Dual Fan?

I want to buy a new GPU ,should i go for a blower fan Gpu or a Dual Fan Gpu?
No matter what will be the sound.
I have 2x80mm cooling fans.

I'd go for Dual fan. Reason being that you get better airflow.

But what does the blower fan do?

Blower Fan blows the hot air outside of your case, so the heat doesn't accumulate in your case. But has disadvantage that the GPU runs hotter.

Dual fans does not blow the hot air outside, but provides better cooling on your GPU

If you only have 1 GPU, dual fan is better as it is better cooling for the GPU and it won't affect your other system much.
