What would be better, a Asus RTX 2070 Turbo or a MSI GTX 1070 ti Armor?
If i get the RTX 2070 i will not be overclocking because it is a blower card and i have heard it usually makes a lot of noise as well as gettin quite warm.
If I get the GTX 1070 ti Armor, I plan on overclocking a bit (but not push it to its limits).

What card do you thin will get me the most performance, while aslo being more silent and cooler?
they both costs the same in my country.

Solution
About the gpu basic performance comparison: 2070 should be about 7-10% faster then the 1070ti.

Price: 2070 is about €150-200 (30-40%) more expensive than a middle class 1070ti e.g. MSI GTX1070ti gaming on average.
Personally, I would not get any 2070 because of the worse value. You get only about 10% more performance with 30-40% more cost then 1070ti.

The cooling solution of the blower type: better temp in case for other components (could be useful for small case or case without good airflow), a lot louder, gpu is hotter.
I would get the blower type only if you do not have any other choice.

Now, you said, you can find 2070 with the same price of 1070ti.
If you ignore the cooling solution, If 2070 and 1070ti cost the same, I would...

If you ignore the cooling solution, If 2070 and 1070ti cost the same, I would grab the 2070. as if you still want the blower type cooling due to price, I will leave this up to you.
