Question Blown air cleaning advice

Building a new pc and I want to use my existing case which is looooong overdue for a cleaning. So I headed on over to amazon for a pack of compressed air cans and came across the reusable blowers. So my question is can you have too much of a good thing? IE is this so powerful I can damage things? lol Like am I going to pop off keys if I use it on my keyboard which is also long overdue for a cleaning? Are PC components too fragile for that amount of force? He measures the amount of force in the review vid. The funny thing is, it's not even one of the more expensive ones. The one in question is the Xpower A-2.

$55 for a blower, that you will use a half dozen times (based on your "looooong overdue for a cleaning" comment). You can buy a case of "canned air" for similar cost. Higher velocity is NOT better IMO. A soft brush with lower velocity air is much less likely to damage anything.

lol Looong overdue doesn't equate to hardly/never cleaning. I've had this PC since 2013. I've gone through enough cans that I could have almost bought that blower twice by now. Especially because I was buying them at bestbuy in store. I get that lower velocity would be safer, that's why I'm here asking. Do you have any experience using blowers like that?
Plus I can use it for other things like blowing up an air mattress or cleaning other things like my cases removable really fine mesh dust filters. Canned air doesn't work that well on those. I have to take them out and blast water through them but the filters are kinda a pain to remove so it would be nice if I could just blow them clean. Thanks for your input though. I'll keep it in mind but I'd like to hear from people who use them aside from a few product review vids.
