Blu ray drive wont read bd

Disc drive model HP bd b dh8e2l, I was able to read and copy blu-rays not more than a week ago, after a fresh install of windows, reads only dvd now....

No available drivers from hp support, windows 10 shows drive is working normally. What gives?

Download the basic k-lite codec.

This should allow you to play blu-rays.

I already have klite codec pack, the drive itself wont engage blu ray discs, side note, it read them when i started the pc an hr ago, went back to not reading them.
