Question Blue and Green colors are swapped on my display

I have a ViewSonic XG2530 monitor and a Radeon 5700xt gpu. for a little while now the blue and green colors on my screen have been swapped, when it happened i had just installed a windows update and was about to play a game or something (it happened about a year ago now, I don't remember exactly) and in that time I've tried almost everything I can think of. the problem only effects certain applications chrome, WinRAR, steam. but there are certain moments when the colors will swap back to normal for a minute or two whenever my computer restarts after a driver install but wont stay fixed. any ideas on how this issue can be resolved. thanks for reading

have you tried a clean install of windows?

have you tried this as its clearly tied to gpu drivers
boot into safe mode, uninstall AMD drivers, boot back into normal and grab drivers from AMD

I assume monitor doesn't have its own drivers, most use generic drivers now and don't need them.
