Blue flashing textures when gaming

I feared using a GTA5 tag as it is basically all over the place now, but myself and my father (same setup) have noticed blue flashing textures on the models in GTA5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqYCDjBo3ew&feature=youtu.be

That is a video to the problem. Anyone have any idea as to why it might be doing this? We both run GTX980 SLI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Like you said it seems to be an SLI issue, wait for a patch, and see if that fixes it, or run the game on a single GPU and see if the problem still exists
