Question Blue, green and red lines on startup. What is my problem?

Out of the blue, my PC crashed when I was playing GTA 5 so then I go to turn it back on again and I get past the BIOS screen all fine then all I see is blue, green, and red lines horizontally across the screen.

Maybe the VRAM of the GPU is failing. You may need a reflow, or replace the GPU.
