Question Blue leds on turn on button not working properly.

Hello, My question is, what happened to the blue lights? The blue lights are showing only in the left and in rare times, mostly it is no lights and even, my pc is turned on, so what could happened to the leds?

if the LEDs are plugged in reverse they will not work.
try unplugging them from the motherboards front panel connector and switching polarity. unplug-flip-plugin

Canned Grounding Rant-
shut down system and remove side panel. with the power cable plugged into the PSU touch a bare unpainted metal area of the case. (my favorite spot is an unpainted screw securing the PSU) once you have grounded yourself you can unplug the computers power cable from the PSU and can touch the system.
if you move your feet, or shuffle in your chair, plug in the cord, reground yourself and unplug again.
