[SOLVED] Blue light when psu on , pc not working b450 elite

Hello , before 1 month my pc cut off and never work again ! So i go to store service and he told me the mobo dead I was use bad psu 700w but not good one antec vp Now i got b450 elite rev 1.0 + evga 650 p2 And stil it is not boost no fans nothing at all ! When turn on psu the blue light of mobo come " flash blue " 2700x + gtx 960
# what i try
unplug plug everything , check all cabels , remove coms start without gpu , without ram all no fans work
I have to mention not all standoffs hold the mobo
I bought this mobo from someone have gen 3 ryzen so maybe bios issue ?
finally i try everything and i am lost here

Did you try clearing the bios on the new mobo?

I try by remove coms " battery "
One thing i did not try , start pc from mobo
Now i have 2 thing to think damage cpu or damage front panel
If the cpu damage i think the fan at leats work ?
I didnt test turn on from mobo because i afriad from electric shock

You should be fine to jump start the mobo as long as you do it right and jump just the power jumpers
