blue "mircorsoft" stripe across the top of flight sim window

while in flight on mircosoft flight sim 2004, there is a
blue stripe across the top of the screen....i know there
is an easy way to get rid of it but i just can't figure
it out and don't know who to ask. any suggestions?

The blue stripe at the top indicates the game is
in "windows" mode. If you use multiple monitors
and "undock" some of the aircraft's utilities ie; radio
stack, throttle quanrent, and GPS, it must be in windows
mode.
