Blue on light not showing compaq monitor

the blue light on the front of my monitor is not showing on
but the monitor is wotking ok

Can't you just ignore that? When my Gateway XHD3000 came back from repair, some of the LED colors behind the power button had stopped working (the amber one still seems to work though), making it hard to tell "off" from "standby", but since the rest of the monitor still works, I don't worry much about it.
