Question Blue pixels in the left corner of the monitor

I theorize that these are dead pixels?
Well, I already wanted to buy the LG 32" UltraGear 32GP850-B, but I wasn't thinking about doing it so soon.

EDIT -
It seems that it disappeared when I left it on for around 30 minutes turn on, as in my area it has been very humid and cold so I usually turn everything off.
