Blue screen after ~50 min

No matter what I am doing, after ~50 min, the computer blue screens. Temps are good. Can't find any viruses or hardware damage. Hit a mental block with the trouble shooting.

It may be a good idea to provide some more information on the issue.
Which hardware components have you tested? You need to test your RAM as well as your HDD(if you haven't done that already). Also, there are some tools that stress your CPU.
Do you get some error message with this BSOD?
