Blue Screen After Keeping Computer On For a Long Time. Same Screen Even With Boot Media. HELP!!

I built my computer a couple of days ago and when I turned it on it booted fine and I was able install windows. Now, I accidentally left my computer on overnight and when I woke up I got a bsod saying I got file error "0xc0000225" and that the file winload.exe is missing or corrupt. I've tried booting into windows boot media through a usb but when I do I get the same bsod screen. I've unplugged all drives and tried to boot off only the usb but still no luck.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks I'm trying that right now. Its stuck on test 5 at 100% but the pass percentage is still going up. And I got 65000+ errors. Does this mean my ram is bad?
