[SOLVED] Blue screen after turning off PC ?

Hello I want to ask for help. Yesterday my monitor was flickering and bugging and I found out my VGA cable was broken, so I plugged my monitor with HDMI cable, but now when I turn off my pc the monitor goes blue instead of the usual black ?

What I found is that my monitor stays on after shutdown, it simply can't turn off by itself and I dont know how to fix that... 🙁
My monitor is a BenQ v2400W

it could be the cable, try another HDMI cable.
