Question Blue Screen and Disabled USB

How much worse could it be? I overclocked my gpu, then I tweaked some windows settings involving dump files or something, couldnt remember specifically. Right now Im stuck on blue screen on launch error code (bad_system_config_info), and then it goes to the black screen where you choose to do startup repair or launch win normally, which I couldnt select due usb keyboard and mouse disabled during boot.
Rig :
Mobo : DH61WW
CPU : i5 3470
GPU : MSI 750 TI 2GB
PSU : ARMAGGEDDON 235FX (500)
STORAGE : 500GB WD BLUE + 500 WD GREEN (RECENTLY INSTALLED)

Not to demand or be a crybaby but Im a student and immediate help would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

That PSU has no business being anywhere near a PC. Furthermore, you might want to see if the system boots up without the discrete GPU installed.

Can you elaborate on the psu? It is the pc's psu. I tried removing gpu and using mobo's vga only, problem persists.

Your power supply is rated for 225watt sustained output and 450watt maximum output( for a few milliseconds).

It is a very cheap low quality unit.
Put in your windows install media and boot from it.It should have drivers for usb, and do a boot repair from it.
