I've been having issues with blue screens lately and i tried download WhoCrashed to check what was wrong, but when i try to run it, it says this.

"The following dump files were found but could not be read. These files may be corrupted:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP"

And i have looked around on google but couldn't find any fixes for it, so can anyone help me?

EDIT:

System specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7, 2700X
GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 Ram @3600 MHz
Motherboard: MSI X470 Gaming M7 AC
Storage: Samsung SSD 860 PRO 2TB and Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB

Update your post to include fully system hardware specs.

Look in Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings that precede or correspond with the BSOD's.

Run the built-in Windows 10 troubleshooters - they may find and fix something.

Try running "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) via the command prompt.

In Reliability History there are a lot of critical events that line up when i crash, all of them are "CTF Loader"? and the application name is "ctfmon.exe".
Event viewer also have critical events and errors, how should i share them?

Built in troubleshooters found nothing.

The "sfc /scannow" found no integrity violations.
