Over the past few weeks i've been getting blue screen with the 1A code saying memory management it happens randomly as far as i can see my pc may run fine for days with both use and idle and then out of the blue it will blue screen and then keep blue screening straight after several boot attempts and then itll be fine again.
So i opened bios and saw that i had set up a lot of manual OC settings and so to try and get stability i put everything back to auto as it was when i first built the pc! and now it repeatedly powers on then the red VGA_LED comes on and then itll restart over and over again! from what i have read this may be the cause one of 3 things the mobo (P8Z77-V PRO) playing up, the graphics card (GTX770 4GB) playing up or the PSU (Fractal Design integra r2 650W) playing up.

I'd run memtest for a few hours. (8h+)

Before memtest I'd run Furmark

It applies stress on your GPU to see if it's faulty.
Your PSU should be capable of handling all your system components, so I wouldn't put the blame on it at this point.
Download Bluescreenview or Bluescreenview x64, open the software, hit the refresh button and see what BSODs are logged in the upper part of the window. Then look for a column called "Caused by Driver". Come back with details.

Also, try resetting the BIOS to default by resetting CMOS (remove the power cord from your PSU, then remove the battery from your motherboard (located right below the first PCIEx16 slot - where your GPU must be connected right now). Leave it like that for 10 minutes and power the system on.
You should also consider putting the GPU in the second PCIExpressx16 slot and see if the issue keeps happening.

What BIOS version is your motherboard running? The latest one available for that board is 2104.
What BIOS version is your GPU running?
Get this software, run it and look under the BIOS version section. Tell us what version is reported.

it wont even let me boot now, fans spin and everything powers bar the monitor and the mobo just shows solid red VGA_LED and then restarts and keeps doing the same thing over and over!

Have you tried removing the power cable from your PSU, taking the CMOS battery out of the board, leaving it like that for 10 minutes, re-seating your GPU and turning the PC on again?

Have you tried a different PCIExpress x16 slot on your motherboard with the same GPU?
Use only 1 stick of RAM when testing and try it in different memory slots.
If you can't get it to work, it's most likely your GPU / PCIExpress x16 slot failing

ok just done cmos reset and reseated gpu but now its saying it cant load bios settings? no i havent tried different pcie x 16 slots yet, and when pc was blue screening i tried 1 ram stick at a time and both seemed to make no difference to blue screen issue...

If it's saying it cannot load BIOS settings, does it allow you to enter the BIOS to configure them yourself?
When trying with 1 RAM stick, make sure you try the same RAM stick with all your motherboard's DIMM slots. Sometimes , it's the memory controller that's failing or a DIMM slot. I've had that happen on me with 16GB of RAM that I thought were failing and it was the motherboard slots.

no, cant access bios at all at the moment. and should i do that now? or wait till i get bios working?

update:
can now access bios and windows is back up and running, what should i now test/run?

Get Furmark and start stress-testing the graphics card.

stress test seemed fine! need to find spare memory stick to do memtest
